Just as a heads up. The print quality will not live up to the video quality. A video frame translates to approx. 72dpi. This is low resolution for printing, so if you make a print larger than 4 x 5 or something. It will get soft and fuzzy fast.

You can play with interlace filters in your graphic programs. These help some
