VIDEO WILL NOT IMPORT

VEGAS MEDIA 8 30 DAY EVALUATION
VEGAS 8 IMPORTS A ONE MINUTE LONG AVI FILE WITH NO PROBLEM.
WHEN A FILE OF 1 HOUR IS IMPORTED, ONLY THE AUDIO IS IMPORTED AND NO VIDEO IS IMPORTED
THE LONG FILE IMPORTS PROPERLY USING VEGAS VIDEO LE3
SURE IS HARD TO EVALUATE A PROGRAM FOR PURCHASE WHEN IT DOES NOT WORK RIGHT UP FRONT.

Please do not use capitals in this fashion. You obviously stumbled on a bug. You created a second thread today, which you could have included it right here, plus, this very question about the video was posted yesterday: http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/forums/ShowMessage.asp?Forum=12&MessageID=560337
So, don't post duplicates here, or you will be ignored in the future.

To answer the question: use the support form on this web site. Sony does not offer support via phone for consumer versions of Vegas anymore, you just use the email form, and you wait for a reply.

Also make sure you have the latest version of Vegas installed, v8.0c
