Good afternoon, can someone please explain to me what is happening with my exported video files? As always the problem is always after rendering, the original file is intact, perfect, constant frames and bit rate at 90Mbps.
I bought Vegas pro 20 hoping that having a professional and original program I wouldn't have so much headache, Vegas has been proving to be a pain in the ass!

@Rivas Most likely you're using hardware encoding via MagixAVC/HEVC and not using a default template with default bitrate values. That seems to cause the problem the most, but also depending on your project can easily happen with default templates, it has also been reported to occur with software encoding via MagixAVC/HEVC but isn't as bad and the glitching will only occur with a couple of frames, whereas with hardware encoding It can last many seconds and potentially hundreds of frames.
People have gone back to VP15 to prove the problem has existed since then, but there's been a huge amount of reports since VP20, giving the impression that it's much worse with VP20. I don't use MagixAVC/HEVC so not able to calibrate if it got worse. Rendering via 3rd party plugin voukoder is the solution most often offered.
