ive just installed vitascene and used some effects on 2 layers and when i restart the veg file all i get is red flash on the efects

it works ok before i shut down this only happens on work pc duel core 3 g chip 6800 graph card

my home pc is a quad core 2.4 chip 8800 gc no problems so far !!!
this software runs gpu not cpu. is this mabey the problem? my graph card at work could under power?
