I created a mp4 in VMS 17.0 Platinum. I am currently using Build 221. Unfortunately, I inadvertently deleted the original footage, but everything I need is on the mp4, but I don't need all of it, and some of it needs to be rearranged in order. I am trying to make adjustments to it in my new file, but as soon as I try to add the mp4 file to my timeline, my program goes into 'not responding' mode. It doesn't matter how long I leave it, my only option is to close out the file.

I have added the mp4 to the new updated video file I am trying to create. I have also created a new file with it being the only media in the file. It stills flips to Not Responding.

I did create the original before VMS updated in the last week or so. My computer is a Lenovo Ideapad Flex 4 running Windows 10.

Although this is my primary concern at the moment, 'Not Responding' is a consistent frustration, easily occurring multiple times in an hour when I try to work on my timeline.
