VMS 9.0 interface question

I recently installed the trial verson of VMS 9.0 to see if it will be a good upgrade to my version of VMS 6.0. I am having trouble customizing the interface on it like I had VMS 6.0 set up. I want the tracks at the top 1/2 of the screen and the rest on the bottom half. I can't figure out how to do this. Currently the tracks are on the bottom and the rest is on top. Anyone know how to switch this layout?

I'm looking at the Pro version so i don't know if the Studio version has this in the same place, but try Options / Preferences / Display, uncheck Display timeline at bottom of main window.
