VMS only loads audio from AVI file

I'm trying load a movie avi file into VMS but all it loads is the audio. Can I do something about this? Thanks.

Probably not, but that doesn't make me a fan.
It can be a bear to uninstall completely though, so probably better just to leave it once it's there.
I learned that the hard way after installing it didn't open the files I needed to use.

I now prefer to identify and install just the codec I need rather than dozens I'll never use.
