I also received the training today. Watching the first 30 minutes the training the content looks good. I have already learned a couple of things. I have already recommended the video to a relative who wants to do advanced techniques but needs training starting from the basics.

One side comment, the DVD and book could have been packaged a little better. Somehow UPS, I assume, managed to put a permanent bend in the DVD case and wear a hole through the book cover. However, the DVD and book are usable.

Funny, I got mine, and it had a different last name! But at least I still got it.

I've viewed it about halfway through and so far, I've learned a lot. I've been using VMS about a year and a half, and Platinum since it came out. For those "home editors" on the fence, I think this will be of great value in making better, more professional videos.

I have to commend Douglas Spotted Eagle as a fantastic teacher. Great way of explaining things, and you can tell his level of expertise.

All in all, I'm very impressed with the DVD, less so with VASST as a company, but knowing the negatives, I would still order from them.
