VMS17 Plat - MKV Import problem

I don't know if its a issue with the program, or if it is the videos. but everytime I put a video in the software this picture appears no matter how I put it in there

Check in Options/Preferences/File I/O tab that you have MKV ticked but even then MKV support in VMS17 Platinum is limited.

EricLNZ thank you soooo much! I have been sooooooo frustrated but that finally helped me to put something in there to maybe make a youtube video! haven't posted in a couple of months cause of this problem! but to be fair I should have asked this three months ago XD Thank you again!!!

Note that mkv file import is new in VMS and as the option indicates is "Experimental".
