VOB files

VV4 could open VOB files but it opened only video, no audio. I dropped VOB file to VV5 and got the message that this format is not supported but I've heard that VV5 opens VOB files showing both video and audio. Am I doing something wrong or it really cannot open VOB files because Sony dropped this feature. thanks for any input on this.

Vegas 5 can't do it.
It takes the newest release of Vegas 6 to be able to finally do this.

I was going to suggest frameserving them into Vegas 5 as that would work but I seemed to remember being able to import .vobs without problem directly so I just tried it again and with Vegas 5.0d I have no problem importing.vobs with both video and AC3 audio that plays fine on the timeline.

I did have to install the demo of the latest Movie Studio before Vegas 5 would play AC3 files though.
