I've got corruption when rendering a short piece of gopro video using intel's hardware hevc renderer. The video comes out looking like the attached photo - maybe trying to put a 3840 line onto the 2704 frame?. The video source is 2704x1520 59.94 fps and I want to rerender to the same resolution. FYI This has all worked fine for a long time in VP 15. It does work on cpu rendering but I would like to have my hevc hardware render back!

Also I can report a hardware render to 3840x2160 works ;( feels like a bug has been introduced somewhere regarding non-standard frame size.
