VP 17 & MKV

Hello.

If I upgrade to the latest version will be able to import mkv files without having to convert them tomp4 first?

In VP14 I have to convert these files.

Probably not. In OBS, it's relatively instantaneous, though.

(OBS) Open Broadcaster Software is basically a free open source software for recording screen captures and such.

Even though latest version able to read mkv (screenshot is VP18), but experience may vary as so far I tried.
