[VP14] Can't import mp4 files

I can't import mp4 files, neither by drag-and-drop, nor through Import menu. Vegas Pro version 14 http://puu.sh/rrR6E/19a43fb519.png

Post a small example of the original problem file or a report from Mediainfo and someone will help you without playing 20 questions.
