VP17 freezing when rendering

VP17 freezes when I render with GPU (Nvidia) as soon as it gets to 6% which is when I have generated media in the timeline. I have the latest Nvidia studio driver, all options set to render with Nvidia GPU, and dynamic ram set to 200.

VP 17 build 421

OS: Windows

CPU: i3-8100 @ 3.6

RAM: 24 GB

GPU: Nvidia 1060 6GB

Try first to install the latest VPro 17 build 455 .
