VP17 Imports 1 audio track from a video file containing 2 audio tracks

Hello everyone! My first post here! :)

I have an issue I stumbled upon and I was hoping that someone might help me out with it.

I have an MP4 video file in HEVC format that has 2 audio tracks which are both AAC LC. MediaInfo confirms this as well.

When I imported the file to Vegas Pro 17 Build 452 (Latest) a message appeared and said "HEVC has been successfully activated!".

The file is now on the timeline but it shows/imported only 1 audio track Instead of 2.

How do I fix it and make all audio tracks to appear?

My Specs:

CPU: Intel Core i9 7900 X-Series

GPU: Gigabyte AORUS GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Waterforce Xtreme Edition 11GB GDDR5X

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 32GB (16x2) DDR4 3000MHz CL15

Operation System: Microsoft Windows 10 Professional 64 Bit English (Latest Update)

Thank you all for all the comments thus far! I read them all. Unfortunately, everything that was suggested here in the thread did not solve the issue for me. I used the workaround that @Illusion suggested and that is to use FFmpeg. Thanks to you, I learned about FFmpeg and searched what it is and how to use it and I have been able to successfully extract the 2nd audio track and import it to VP17 Timeline via the FFmpeg method and finally start to edit my video!
In the future, I'll try to avoid the HEVC format as much as possible as I've seen on the internet on different forums and even here in the past that this format is problematic. I hope that when I'll upgrade to VP18 (hopefully by the end of this year) the issue will not persist anymore but meanwhile on the plus side - I learned what is FFmpeg and how to use it and I will incorporate this knowledge into my future projects! : )
