VP17 Track FX keeps effects even when i create new project

I installed VP17 this week and I was testing if the plugins from my previous VP16 works and I was adding on the Track FX but now I am noticing every new project i create, as soon I insert a video track or simply drag any video on an empty project and the effects are still there!

I had try everything, uninstall/re-install VP17, do a "reset Vegas" (CTRL + SHIFT when open the program), and the effects keeps appearing in the Track FX!, is this is a bug or there is a sort of script or automation to maintain the same effects on the Track FX?

Right click on a track header (the area at the left of the track)
Choose "Set default track properties"
Check "Restore original defaults"
OK

But I'm puzzled why a VEGAS reset would not do that.

I also have come across this problem with track enabled fx somehow "clinging" to the clips - even after deleting them and then using the same clips in a new project. The only solution I have found is to drag your affected clips to a new timeline, right click the fx icon in the track header and choose "Delete All". Your clips are now fx free.

I've also noticed that this only happens to me with GoPro clips.
