VP23 Entered an avi into timeline. No video in preview, audio good

Just updated to latest version. Just put an avi file into the timeline. Both Video & Audio are there in the timeline, but no video in the preview window, just Black. Had no issue with previous version.

@john-romein Thanks John, I can confirm video doesn't load in 23 with either file and will pass this on for further testing.

Thanks Roger. Could you at least load the first video in 23? I did load the first one and the timeline looks good, but the preview window is black. The second video I could not load at all.

They both load in the sense that I can add them to the timeline but the video is black for both in the preview window. This is with the NVIDIA laptop in my signature.
