Just installed a downloaded VP8 and am blown away by the color depth using 32-bit and 2.222 gamma settings. However, some of the events in my long-form DV project are black. By turning a Bump map filter on and off I can bring back the picture. The problem is (1) I was using Bump map to lighten one side of a shot, and (2) the behavior is irregular--some of the events with a Bump map plugin are fine, and some are blacked out unless I turn it off.

Any ideas?
