VP9 And AC-3 - one more problem?

It is impossible to save video with sound AC-3?!
Separately the sound in AC-3 VP9 saves, and here together with video (for example codec Dvix)... However together with video it is possible only PCM to put. Or it only for me a problem?

Similar, that a problem not only at you.
Render As... -> Save as type: "Video for Windows (.avi)" -> Template: "Default Template (uncompressed)" -> press the button "Custom".
In "Custom Setting - Video for Windows" dialog, on "Video" tab choose the necessary videoformat (For example we shall choose Huffyuv v2.1.1 (Or any another)), then we pass to "Audio" tab.
From the list "Audio a format" work only two points: "PCM Uncompressed" and "IEEE Float (uncompressed)"

Question: it is bug or an innovation?
