VP9 Publish HD to the Internet option

While poking around in the internal preferences, I came across an entry related to publishing to YouTube.

So went into the render as option and found that there are entries in the SONY AVC render options for rendering to Internet video sharing websites like YouTube.

Nice to see SONY adding this little feature that I didn't see in any of the release notes.

Yes, this will help with those "What settings should I use for YouTube?" threads.

6,000,000 bps at 1280x720 looks like a pretty sensible bitrate. I've been using 5,000,000 bps encoded by the x264 codec to send HD videos to YouTube and Facebook.

Likewise 2,500,000 bps seems about right for 640x480. Before YouTube started doing 720p, I was using 2,000,000 bps for sending 640x360 Xvid-encoded videos to YouTube.

The audio settings look appropriate too (AAC / 48,000 Hz / 128,000 bps).
