VRAM Leak

Any idea why Vegas is using nearly half of my GPU's VRAM for only 8 minutes of video? I am assuming there is a memory leak somewhere. (Vegas Pro 22 Build 239)

Computer Specs:

Motherboard: X870E-E ASUS ROG STRIX

RAM: KINGSTON DDR5 32GB 6000mhz

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D

GPU: NVIDIA RTX 5090 32GB (ASUS TUF)

Storage: 1x 2TB WD8100, 1x 2TB WD7100 1x 1TB WD SN510 2x 1TB Samsung EVO, 1x 1TB Seagate Barracuda, 1x 2TB Seagate Barracuda

OS: Windows 10

Vegas Pro 19, Vegas Pro 22

Driver: Whatever the latest Game Studio Driver (currently using rollback drivers)

It should use nearly all available VRAM as cache.
