I've had this, not to the extent that VP would stop loading. You could try the Factory Default Restart (you'll loose your settings) > Go to VST and rescan.

Question/s: Have you recently added any VSTs? Or anything to do with Audio?

No i install for test and all work then i choose to buy the licence . after enter the licence number/string , vegas stop on a window related to vst plugin . I have install many software since firt use so I don't know where is the problem . I try Ctrl shift to start for defaut reset setting but nothing work . I desinstalled all the software related to VST . Even do that nothing work !!
vegas send information to an ip adress relative to the issue wiht a log file but if i don't succeed to resolve my issue myself and no one contact me ..... I ll ask my money back ! . For a pro software , first launch licence and first issue without acces to gui ...

I think official support don't read and answer in this forum since i read that there is pay commercial support from sony . But not be able to launch the software ( not use it ) is really not professional !!

I don't have access to vegas GUI how can i go to Factory Restart setting ?
