VST scanner fails

Hi, my name is Bogdan and I have just purchased and installed the Vegas Pro ver. 12 build 670 software. Upon launch the software fails with message "Sony VST Server failed" with option to close the server. The main software works though. This is the first time I am running the software.

I'd start by uninstalling, run WIn Update to ensure everything up to date, then reinstall after a fresh reboot with no other apps running (including AV).
