VV 5 - Cannot import MP3's

I just upgraded to VV 5.0. I think I need to register the MP3 plugin so I can import MP3's.
Can someone please tell me how to do this?

Start by running the Migration Wizard found in your Sony/Utilities

Go into "Programs", then click on "Sony" and follow the arrows.

I deleted Sony from the Programs menu. I tried to launch, "C:\Program Files\Sony\Shared Plug-Ins\Utilities\Migration Tools\sf2sony20.exe" it opens a DOS window for a second and closes.
