Just bot this new Tascam product. It's tailored for Cubase,
but claims it will work with many other products - "loads
of software and drivers to be released", etc, etc.

For those who haven't seen it, it is a nifty little midi
generating transport/function key/mixer/EQ control surface,
bundled with modest 24/48 digital audio I/O box and midi
I/O, all running through a USB port.

Any thoughts on whether I can get USB audio I/O to talk to
VV?

What about slaving VV's transport to the US-428 controls.
I'm not opposed to trying to write something, if VV exposes
some kind of command potocols for me to hit.
