ok this is the deal, I have downloaded a divx file and added some enhancements to the beginning and an mp3 file and I want to render it to either an AVI, Divx or at least a WMV file. Unfortunetly this takes a silly amount of time to do either one. I mean it is telling me it is going to take 30 hours, and in one case I sat through 15, so yea it was really going slow.

NOW for what I am really trying to do. I want to back up my DVD files and yes I do have archetect but I don't want to use that yet. I just want to rip my DVD's to an AVI and then decode them to a Divx file for have a smaller copy. Does anybody know what I am talking about and my yahoo messenger user name is christian15213
