VV3 capture session crash...

my PC went crazy... froze and crashed a VV3 + capture sessio [i wasn't capturing - just had the module open...] and when i went into VV3 and back in to capture it told me that the last session was not ended normally, would i like to continue with the last session...stupidly i said NO... now i can't see the index files of the old clips i had captured in the same location... can this be fixed and how ?

Yes, this is a mechanism to allow the app. to startup by avoiding loading a bad Video Capture project. To load your last project, just select it from the File menu's most recently used list, probably called Default.sfvidcap. If it's not there, it's probably in the My Documents folder.
