I just started using VV4 on a 1.5 GHz machine on which I used VV3 successfully and happily for a recent project.
VV4 is cool, but I get lockups all the time. Loading a project takes forever, and at random points, the program locks up for a minute or so. I can move the mouse pointer, and use it to place the timeline cursor in different places, but can't play or use controls. sometimes if I click on the edge of a VV window to resize it, the little window-resizer pointer stays on screen after I let go of the mouse button, and keeps resizing the window when I move the mouse.
Help, please.
