VV4 render MPEG4/QuickTime6?

The only .mov template I see in VV4 is .mov5. How do we render to MPEG4 and Quicktime6 formats with the highest quality as in .avi or mpeg2 files?

Is it necessary to download Quicktime Pro and render through THEIR software?
