VV4 Tutorial CDROM (for the asking?)

I seem to remember from one of the VV fora that if one purchases VV4 via the download method, one could still send in a request for the VV4 Tutorial CDROM to be had for the asking. Is that correct?

When you order the download version from the Sonic Foundry site directly, you are offered the content CD for a small shipping charge. This contains a handful of the new "Vision Series" motion backgrounds (full versions, no watermark). There are various tutorials available for viewing or download from the site, and the "Digital Video" book is for sale on the site, and it contains it's own CD. There's also loads of tutorials on other sites, including the COW and DMN.
