VV4c update not working still says 4b174

I've downloaded the file three times, deleting any old file, temp and internet history files. When I run the setup I get a 4b maintenance wizard not a update wizard.
Any one know whats up?

For some reason you are not getting the new file. Try saving under a different name such as Vegas40c_bld184.exe.

Also, read the extensive thread on this same topic from earlier today.

I tried downloading VV4c184 to a different computer and installed on that computer, I still got the 4b174 version.
