According to another Vegas forum, it is shipping and some folks have already received their copies so you'll have to be patient just a wee bit longer.

my copy arrived this morning ... similar to a degree to the vegas 5 book in terms of some of the examples used but in paging through can also tell a lot of new material as would be expected...dvd has new material also ...raw hdv/m2t files and full res xdcam footage...28 bonus chapters and articles, veg files etc ...
