Your previous link took us back to the post Spot made after NAB2004. LOL. Thats what I was wondering. Everything is looking awesome for V6.

It makes a nice wallpaper for the desktop. :)

I'm not under NDA so I can reveal this. I found it out from a guy I know who worked on the project. It's true Vegas 6 will be coming with many, many stock clips of Dennis Hopper, both SD and HD.

It's kind of an Acid like concept where they just have Dennis Hopper doing all kinds of clips for different moods. Some are just one-shots like Dennis Hopper saying "Welcome to your DVD" or "A video scrapbook lets your save your memories and share them with others" or "In today's competitive environment business are always looking for a way to stay head." There are longer ones too especially in the Weddings collection which is fantastic. The clips I've seen are Dennis Hopper reading the Song of Solomon and Shakespeare's "Shall I Compare Thee to a Summer's Day?" and "Let Me Not to the Marriage of True Minds Admit Impediments."

There are also some awesome quotes from Blue Velvet.

hopper_candy_colored_clownHD.avi is my favorite.

Thank god we finally get some serious media management. Finally I can throw Avid back on the shelf.

Sure seems to be a lot popping up today. I wonder if midnight tonight is a significant date?

It's getting to where one can't hide anything on the web anymore without it being found/seen/sniffed out.
For the collection...

OK I am a newbie, but what besides media managment is really useful? Please don't get me wrong, I like Dennis Hopper, but, I don't see using him to introduce my film, perhaps Gordon Jump, now that would be something!
Yes color saturation and much better vector graphics would be nice, and perhaps an iterated mask system.
A nice little C++ language integrated, so the tweening might be handled with ease.
As I spoke with Sony today and they said nothing about VEGAS 6 except that Monday was the day to call back.
Please tell me more?

Best Wishes,
Marty

I think Nested projects is going to be great.

Also.....didn't Spot post his link after Midnight?

You think Vegas users are bad? Here's a thread (http://www.forumplanet.com/planetdoom/topic.asp?fid=2935&tid=856435&p=1) that make us look like babies.

Aparently, before the game "Doom 3" was released (years before release) the developer put up a website for the game (www.ua-corp.com). Well, the HTML code of the site was a bit odd. Ends up it was a bunch of secret codes. :)

Here's what the people worked with: http://www.ua-corp.com/old/

And, yes, they did find the code. Talk about perservierence (the code breakers even got mentioned in the game)!

There's a good idea....hide codes in the webpage. Maybe when the V6 tutorials go live on Monday we can hide some codes in there. :-)

Buster,

Nested tracks, too, maybe? And.... (crossing my fingers).... a storyboard media pool?

Might want to start preparing articles offline and don't even put them on the server until it's almost time for them to go live. ;-)

So....no DVDA 3 screenshots?
