Want 16:9 AND Letterboxed for 4:3

Little confused about this...

I've got a project that is 24p Widescreen...what properties do I set my DVDA 3 project to in order to have it automatically letterbox on a 4:3 set and show widescreen on a 16:9 set?

Widescreen. Just in case, be sure that the video itself is set to widescreen as well (File -> Optimize DVD).

The DVD player itself will be responsible for letterboxing it on standard 4:3 TVs. Most do this automatically.
