I work at a small production house that has vegas 5 installed on several machines. We interchange projects between all of us. We also just purchased two new Dell systems. Anywho, being small, we are waiting to upgrade to 6 (or 7?) till later when we can do it on all of our systems (because of the forword compatibility issue). So I talked to the sales guys and they said that if anyone has upgraded to 6 and would like to sell their old version of 5 that it is perfectly legal. I won't be able to upgrade from the 2nd hand version, but that is the only restriction. Thanks in advance for any leads or help.
