Warp Flow in VEGAS is more like Crossfade

alifftudm95 wrote on 6/17/2020, 11:13 AM

I tried to do this morph transitions like in this video

But the results of warp/morph VEGAS Pro create is not good as Davinci Resolve FX. The warping between pixels

is very less. More like cross fading.

Warping and morphing are different pairs of shoes. Resolve seems to use a morph transition. Vegas Pro uses a warp transition. Thus differences are to be expected.

A bit of math.

I don't have vegas but I wonder does it examine the two frames or just uses a predefine warp map.
