That is impossible these days for an upgrade of Vegas products.

@matthew-tharp, actually you have never provided any information to NewBlue to help with your situation. The only e-mail with serial numbers you provided did not include any serial numbers for any NewBlue product. And you have not provided NewBlue with the serial number you are using or even which product you are using or any screenshots showing any issues. Please do not say that NewBlue has refused to help as there have been several replies requesting information that has not been provided. Nowhere in the communications with you can I see where we said it was not our product. After you sent the e-mail showing serial numbers, we did say that none of our products were listed in that e-mail - which is true. I don't know if a NewBlue product is causing the watermark (which I suspect it really COULD be a NewBlue product) but you have not provided any information to help track down why it would do so.

I never said that new blue refuses to help, stop making **** up. I have a water mark that says NEW BLUE FX on ever effect. So tell me how to fix it, instead of lying. I tried to activate it. It wont work, I told you that. By the way, New Blue **** sucks. And don't lie, it's embarrassing to you.

@matthew-tharp Did you have NBfx as part of a bundle with Vegas or did you buy it as a standalone product?

If the former, it's likely you won't be able to use it with any other version of Vegas. Those bundles are often locked to a particular version of Vegas. This may or may not be true with NBfx but it's something you should be aware of.

Having said all that, do the fx work in the old version of Vegas?

@matthew-tharp, NewBlue is certainly willing to help and I will do everything I can to make sure you get that help. However, you need to answer the questions from NewBlue support and provide the information needed. At this point on the support side, we don't even know what product you are using that is causing the problem. You said "I have a water mark that says NEW BLUE FX on ever effect.", please tell us what effects, show us some screenshots, send us the serial number you are trying to activate it with. Please just reply to the support ticket with any information we can use to help you. We want to help but we have to know certain things (like what product you're using, the serial number you're using) in order to do so.
