waving text in Vegas Pro 19

Hello,

Is it posssible to do such waving/motion text effect in Vegas Pro 19?

(jump to 11:02 (min:sec.)

Can I use third party plugin to do it ?
Can you share me plugins you used which are able to do this.

I don`t mean the typing effect but waving effect you see in this video.

Vegas Pro has a VFX called 'Wave" which when animated could give you a similar effect.

If this doesn't suit, give NewBlueFX's Titler Pro a trial - https://newbluefx.com/products/titling/titler-pro/ - it has an amazing range of VFX and animations inbuilt.

Vegas Wave VFX can do this, but you need to set keyframes.

BCC Wave (or BCC Curl if more distortion is desired) is easier to handle.

Actually it is more a jittery text than a waving text.

You can ues VEGAS Noise Texture to do it :
