I believe you will be running at the slowest possible speed when mixing memory. May not even start up at all if the BIOS can't figure out what to do about it.
The answer is a definite maybe.
If the ram is compatible in other respects, it should work together but run it at 266, not 333.
Best thing to do is try it using a hard disk with just the OS installed. If it doesn't recognize all the ram or doesn't boot, switch the order of the ram in the slots and try again. I'd start with the slowest stick in the first slot (the one closest to the cpu).
