Way to change maximum velocity?

My maximum velocity is set to 1000% when the green line is at the top, and this makes adjusting points accurately with the mouse impossible and makes it difficult to see where it is actually getting faster or slower. This isn't a big problem at all, but it is slightly annoying. I'm using Vegas Pro 14.

3 things that might help:

Drag your track border in the track header to make the track taller.
Hold CTRL while adjust keyframes to give finer control.
Right click a keyframe > Set to... > Type in a number.

Ctrl+Alt+ drag envelope point or segment: Adjust envelope point value in normal increments without changing the point's timeline position

Alt+ drag: Adjust envelope point's timeline position without changing its value
