I don't know of any. However, you can save the fx chain as a preset. Once it is saved, apply it at the track level and then move your events to that track (or apply it to the track the events are currently on if that works for you).
You don't need a script. You save it as a plug-in chain. When have the event FX dialog open, click the green button in the upper right corner. A plug in chain dialog will come up with the opportunity to add FX etc. There is a save as button there. Click it. You can then give a name to the chain. Save it.
Go to the next event you want to have those FX's. Click its FX button and then choose your chain. It will add it and all of the settings.

Thank you, I will have to do this one differently, I guess tat I have been wasting time applying them to every event. I can apply them to the track and keyframe/hold if the lighting changes! This is marvelous. Been working too hard-had no idea it would be this easy...
