Way, way OT: Japanese caused Katrina

This has absolutely NOTHING to do with video editing, but I figured you all were at least a little "techy" and would enjoy this. It seems a weatherman has quit his day job in order to prove that the Japanese have a secret weapon that can steer hurricanes. They steered it into New Orleans on purpose in order to avenge the Hiroshima bomb.

I don't know... some of my liberal friends out here in Oregon believe W was responsible. Maybe W is assisting his crony industrialist friends over in Japan in this new conspiracy?

Holy crap, you actually managed to install your "ditto head" agenda into that? Take a break from politics.

:)

Otherwise its frankly histerical. Weathermen are not sane... i have one in the family :)

Leave it to Americans to blame the dang foreigners for the weather.

I don't understand why fear is the dominate state of mentality in America these days. In the past, Americans never looked so afraid of the rest of the world.

Very sad to watch the fall of America these recent years.

Don't paint America with the black brush of petty quibblers.

Is that why he used to say, "Oooh, out there it feels a bit nippy!"

That weather guy has to get a life.

in the past, America used to say "let them kill eachother." Several million jews, most of Europe & Russia didn't seem to mind when that rule was broken years ago. Twice.

this guy could be on to something, but if he is we (the US) have something simular too. oh well. Of course there could be a million wild things that could cause wierd weather to happen... aliens could be shooting ray beems at us from just outside the solar system. the black hole power plant on the moon could be having a power hickup. Judgement day could be comming & God is going to let us all be vaproized.

any of those are very valid reasons.

Yeah Friar -
Anyone else out there old enough to remember Buster Crabbe in "Flash Gordon"?
If today's news doesn't look EXACTLY like that 1930's BW serial, I don't know what does -
As I remember, the evil Emporer Ming was stealing air from the earth and THAT was what was causing the hurricanes.
Oh Flash... where are you today??

I always preferred Flesh Gordon, at least he got to get it off.
And there's that flouride in the water thingy, wasn't that some commie plot to sterilise the male population of the USA?
Ooops sorry, that was Dr Stanglelove's idea.
Still it'd be nice if just one of these whacko ideas were true, sure relieve the tedium of our mundane existance.
Many of the images of wierd clouds are interesting as are the weather satellite images, worth a look, just don't get sucked in by the doublespeak.

I like the concept of a "Scalar Weapon" though, much nicer than a "Vector Weapon".
Bob.

Bob, you never cease to amaze me. That "fluoride in the water thingy" was very real. It's an extremely insidious plot! I'll have you know that 5,000 people in Shickskinny, Pennsylvania, took part in a test consisting of the fluoridization of water in 1871 and every single one of those individuals is dead today!
