I am about to design a website where I want to park a few short low-res Vegas videos that can be viewed by visitors to that site. It's a few years now since I authored a site (with Front-Page first edition) and I know things have changed a lot.

So I ask what is the best web authoring package for this and will this package have a utility that will do what I want without any programming or additional software?
