I took out the clips and placed blank pics…the heart at end is a clip with a mask

Thanks so much. The footage looks great. However, when I opened the downloaded .veg file it gives me the following error code: "An error occured while loading the project file. The file is an unsupported format"
Is it because I am using Vegas Pro 8? I will be upgrading to Vegas Pro 9 next week.
Please reply as I would love to have these supurb .veg files.

I redid the end to all the clips flying off in order and then using the heart as an intro into the body

So now I tried to convert to a pro 08 version…..couldn’t copy ..past…open

So how would you open this in Pro 08 ???

It would be nice if Vegas had all the internal 3d layers visible in parent 3d bin
And if we could copy and past paths and nodes from graphics editor in to Vegas that would be awsome

I like what you've done, and I'd love to use it. My son Chris is getting married to a Megan in August.

I'm having some trouble with the veg, and need some remedial training. When I load the veg, it can't find pic.bmp & V_001.jpg. No problem (???) - I just specify new locations for my own pic.bmp & V_001.jpg and it should work. However, when I press "play", all I get is "Stephan" & "Megan" dancing around in a black background.

Most of the 20 plus tracks contain generated media. I'm assuming I want to replace each one of these with my stills. Is there an easy way to replace each while retaining the clip length, event FX & transitions.

Help!!

Use right mouse button to drop the media you want onto the existing generated media, then select "add as take".

Open the veg file

Import all the pics you need

Once imported right click on the pic ,still holding down the right button on the mouse drag the pic on the timeline
And drop on the event on the timeline and choose add as a take

Your pic will replace the one on the timeline with all fx and transitions in tact

There are 27 pics you can replace including the main centre one

For the names click on the gen media button on the end of the text event and edit

You might have to add a background pic below all the clips on track 31

Track 2 is the main heart shape

So then, can't be used in Pro 8, right? Just so I know whether to delete from hd, since I downloaded it, and a couple of the others that you had available.I looked at all the liked sites and did not see anywhere that said Pro 9 presets or whatever. Thanks for putting those up for others to be able to use, whether or not some can use them or not.
