Weird error

I really need help, I don't know what happened to my settings but out of no where my footage is not in English anymore. I have linked a screenshot. It was displaying perfectly in English before and now it looks Russian.

If anyone has any ideas please let me know. I am a complete newbie and this is my very first video im doing with Vegas.

You photo is not readable :(
How is it related to Vegas? If your game shows something in russian it's steam and game settings along with regional settings of computer you should take care about.
Vegas has not got enough brain to translate hard subs and other texts in videos.

That screenshot was from Vegas actually. But i figured out the problem. The preview resolution was set to 3xx x 2xx so that what was causing it to be unreadable. Thanks for taking a look at it, i really appreciate you taking the time.
