Hello, Vegas Pro community
Recently I've been facing an issue when rendering high-quality videos in Vegas Pro Suite 21 which I subscribed to monthly like 2 weeks ago. I make video edits and mostly choose 1080 x 1920 clips from YouTube and other sources, but my composition settings are 1080 x 1080 because I upload to TikTok and I like my videos to fit the iPhone screen perfectly (thought I should point that out). Now back to the problem, I'm trying to render a video and most of it renders just fine, but there's this one clip, in the video preview and post-render that looks this way; only that clip. I updated my driver (NVIDIA) and my Windows (11 pro/64-bits/RAM 16 Gbs)/processor Intel 12th) and there are no more updates available so I'm up to date. Also, a new message has shown up: GPU acceleration error; it says that I should either update my driver (already done) or bypass GPU acceleration.
I've turned off the GPU acceleration and set the RAM preview to 0 as tutorials have ordered to do. I've also tried the opposite: set the GPU acceleration to NVIDIA and RAM to its default value (802). Already clicked on preferences, and the hardware encoder goes to NVIDIA (my driver), and also turned it off to see if anything changed.
The point is, I believe I've tried everything. Have restarted the computer 4 times already, and I don't seem to find a video of a newer Vegas Pro version, the video with the most recent version I saw trying to fix the error was Vegas Pro 18.
If someone could help me, I'd appreciate it. I'm desperate at this point.
