Weird window shapes in Vegas 21

Why windows in Vegas can't set in place? My window "effects" is loosing its shape every time. And this is so annoying. Here I will show you:

Options - Preferences - Enable automatic FX window resizing

I can't belive that so many WEIRD options are set as "on" in Vegas 21. Thanks!

It's not a weird option, but a handy feature. Why should a window be larger than needed?
