When you open welcome screen while working in VEGAS it open with animation.
but when you start VEGAS. it shows little blurry black screen first then shows welcome screen without animation..
Welcome screen with Animation will make it more cool when it comes with startup too.
and also we need to get rid of that blurry startup look, if you notice just for 1 second before full welcome screen appears..
I get that also but it's not a blur, just a black intro instead of the vertical intro.
I have a suspicion that the Vegas devs are not going to be raising this to any level of importance given all the other issues that are of more concern to Vegas Pro users.

yeah .. its their choice.. other issues are important..
but at least it should be listed for future.
