sfk = peak files, safe to delete.

.sfvidcap is the Video Capture project file and contains all info from your capture sessions- you might not want to delete that.

My understanding is that Peak Files are simply graphical files showing the sound waveforms. Not sound per se, but a graphical representation of sound. Since it is computation-intensive to create such a graphical representation, the file is created just once and then saved for repeated viewing.
