what are the limitations of Vegas Audio LE?

Hey Folks, Im looking into buying Acid Pro, and noticed that it includes Vegas Audio LE. Is this a full version?(Vegas) or will it give me "upgrade errors" when I try something. I know that Acid is not very "multitrack friendly" when it comes to recording analog signals. I want to take a finished stereo drum tracks from Acid, and record acoustic guitar/vocals along with the stereo track in Vegas Audio LE. Is this possible? or am I barking up the wrong tree. Does Vegas Audio have a click track?

P.S. All advice/newbie bashing will be cherished for eternity

You can record up to 8 tracks in Vegas LE. You can record the vocals and guitar one at a time in Acid along with the tracks you have already recorded, or you can split each signal (for instance vocals on left and guitar on right) then you can record both at the same time. Then use Sound Forge to split the stereo .wav into two mono .wav files, and open them in Acid in their own tracks.

I'm not sure about CD burning in Vegas LE.
